Privacy & cookies
Short version: this is a portfolio site. I collect as little as possible, I don't sell anything to anyone, and analytics only run if you say yes.
Who is responsible
This site is run by Lucas Müller, based in Barcelona, Spain. For anything on this page, write to hello@lucasmullerstudio.com.
The contact form
If you write to me through the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. I use them for one thing: replying to you and, if it goes somewhere, discussing the project.
Messages arrive by email and stay in my inbox. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with third parties. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which projects get looked at and which pages people leave. It's how I decide what to make more of.
No analytics cookies are written and no analytics data is sent unless you accept. If you reject, it stays that way.
To be precise about what does happen: the Google tag script itself is downloaded from Google when the page loads, so Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. What it may not do, until you accept, is store cookies or record your visit.
Your choice is stored on your own device so the banner doesn't ask again. That one item is strictly necessary and is the only thing stored without asking.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Email me and I'll handle it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
Other services
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request that loads them. Links out to LinkedIn and Vimeo take you to their sites, where their own policies apply.
